Vanier Residence at York University

2.8/5 — Walls are super thin and the bathrooms were often messy so your enjoyment may depend on how good your neighbours are. Compared to other residences there were both communal, single, and accessible bathrooms on each floor. You could also control your heating or A/C from your room.

4.8/5 — Great place to live. I got a super single. It is a double room but with no roommate. Two tables two chairs (or one) two closets one bed. I have a nice window sill with a seating area on it. The Wi-Fi works preety well for me no complaints. The heater also works well but sometimes makes noise so just kick it with your foot and it will stop. Bathrooms in vanier are the top 3 best. Could even say t

3.0/5 — Hate how the walls are so thin and you can hear everything going on next to you. Each floor you have one individual bathroom but when I was living here the fire alarm would go off WAY TOO MUCH

2.4/5 — Building is nice but carpets in rooms are bad and closets dont close, bathrooms are not maintained/ updated.
