4.8/5 — Absolutely amazing, the best residence on campus by far but pricey. One downside is that if you decide to get a meal-plan (not required at Pond) it is quite far from any of the meal-plan eligible locations like cafeterias or York Lanes. It is right beside the Quad which has its own restaurants/fast food though. You share a washroom, kitchen, and small area with a suitemate and a room to yourself.
4.6/5 — EXPENSIVE but good! You live in a shared space where you share a kitchen and bathroom with your roommate. You have your own separate rooms with me very tall ceilings for some reason. The people are nice and on the first floor there is some activities you can do also.
4.0/5 — I enjoyed the pond. The space was generous with lots of storage. The building is close to many fast food places and convenience stores. I did find the air dry in the winter and didn’t find the water quality to be the best. Our toilet broke but maintenance was quick to help. There is lots of space to work and hang out in the lobby and the washing machines lock.
