1.6/5 — The single rooms are much better than the doubles. Dirty carpet that you can't clean unless you bring your own vacuum. Building layout is very confusing with common rooms sometimes floors away (it's split up weird). Shared stall-type bathrooms (similar to public bathrooms) were rough and in poor shape along with the showers (1/2 of my section's showers only ran cold water) and prone to clogging. S

3.0/5 — The room was alright, fairly spacious and comfy. Close enough to subway stations + bus stops for travel. Also close to York Lanes Mall + cafeterias so food was accessible. A bit further from a lot of classes but overall pretty decent. Internet speed is very slow because it is further on the edge of campus. The bathrooms are all broken and dirty, also the carpets are very stained and gross. Lots of

2.8/5 — Def an interesting experience LOL. The washrooms quite literally have mold growing in it. From my experience, the people in my floor were kinda anti social despite the efforts of me trying to make friends. 3.8/5 — I had the single room in Founder's on the first floor, it was pretty alright for the most part but the lack of AC, the heating being too aggressive and there being no way to walk indoor to the nearest food spot was pretty bad. A plus is that room had thick walls so it was very quiet.

3.8/5 — Founders Residence is a solid choice for first-year students. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, and there are plenty of great study spaces throughout the building. The common room was a real highlight, a great spot to socialize, and I met a lot of nice people there. The only downside was the shared washrooms, which are a bit on the smaller side. Outside of that, it's a great

3.4/5 — Even though is one of the oldest buildings, it still manages to feel comfortable. Usually having a great community around, and its located at a perfect place to be close to classes and eateries.
