3.2/5 — (Single) Room was a bit small, but there was a lot of storage space. Heating/AC broke a few times over the two semesters and did take a while to be repaired and at times the heating was too hot. Sometimes there were drainage issues(bathroom and kitchen) and toilet had flushing issues. Close to Stong Cafe and 106 Bus Stop to get to the Subway Station. 3.6/5 — best 1st year res. easiest to make friends in early on!! feels like its own little neighborhoods… though had issues. heat is unbearable in select rooms, had occasional issues w the amenities that were resolve quickly. id 1000% choose calumet again if i wasnt seeking out a better kitchen (pond)

2.6/5 — Calumet wasn’t the best nor the greatest a lot of your experience will depend on the people you are assigned to live with in the shared house. In my experience my roomates were messy so it wasn’t great. Spiders were also a problem I saw them daily usually in the dirty bathroom. Flushing problems with the toilet. Chipped paint, not great carpet. I liked the location though it was very peaceful + co
