4.8/5 — Everyone gets their own room, with bathrooms shared with 1-2 other people and kitchens shared with 4-6 people total. If your room is close to one of the common rooms, then Wifi is not bad; otherwise, you will need a router. There is weekly maintenance cleaning: the kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned. Rooms are not very soundproof, but there are quiet rooms to study at (16th and i think 14th? floor
