3.6/5 — It was such a fun experience. I liked that it felt more like a "home" than Harmony Commons that feels like a "hotel" to me. The only Con I would say is if you are a first year you have to walk to the dinning hall 7-10 min. And also the townhouses are a bit old. Other than that it is a good experience and it is very peaceful compared to HC.
3.8/5 — fun times was nice living near friends but my townhouse had issues where several things were falling apart. utsc also has their cafeteria on the other side of the campus so it was a 10minute walk not good for snow or rain days.
