3.6/5 — Lived in Wetmore for 5 years, but by the last I really should've gotten an apartment instead. It seems the construction that they do on it is just to keep it standing.
There is a worsening rat problem, and sometimes squirrels get in through broken window screens. Rodents can access any dorm room from another room through the air vents. You may well see rats in the dining hall, and you will get f
4.0/5 — Modern building and good caf (not so much in quality but in quantity). It’s right by centre of campus so convenient too. Transit connection is kinda iffy though since the station is kinda far and you only have the streetcar.
2.6/5 — The food gave me food poisoning a lot and there’s a bad mouse problem where they were often in my room. My ethernet port was broken and they ignored my maintenance request. 3.8/5 — This is for 45 Willcocks. The room itself is well designed and spacious enough for a person. The view is also really nice. The walls are extremely thin, you can very easily hear conversations happening in the room beside yours. Washrooms cleanliness does depend on the people on the floor, but for me it wasn't as much of an issue. The building is fairly new however the elevators are extremely slow.
4.2/5 — Cafeteria is nice, room condition varies depending on the building. Location is convenient, close to AC gym, Chinatown & grocery stores.
4.0/5 — I dormed here in willcocks in 2017, and it was a fine experience, most noteworthy is the food buffet was very good. Washrooms are co-ed and decently clean
