3.6/5 — (Spruce House)
IMO Pond is a great choice for a studio. I’ve been to the newer buildings and they aren’t as spacious as Pond studios are, there’s much more desk space, and more storage space at Pond. If you’re North facing (odd room #s) the views of the mountains are gorgeous which is a plus (though the new Sauder building may affect lower flowers). Pond is in a nice location: right along centre
4.0/5 — I had a studio suite in Cedar.. it was the perfect size for what I needed it for, and the storage was perfect.
The only con I can think of is that the elevators broke frequently and so I’d have to walk up the stairs — they did manage to fix them relatively quickly though.
