1.4/5 — I had silverfish living in my light, they would die and a new one would come in. The kitchen and bathrooms are VERY old and gross. Maintanece takes for ever. Same with the resdidence gym things would break all the time. THE LAUNDRY IS AWFUL. ALWAYS BROKEN. Fairview Crescent was the worst out of the 3 ubc residences ive stayed in.
