Views were amazing especially in the corner room, nothing obstructing the view of Vancouver/Burbaby skyline. Pretty quiet too. 2.6/5 — The only good thing is the convenience to your classes. The bathrooms will not be the best, as they are shared bathrooms. If you identify as a female, try getting an all-female floor, the bathrooms are cleaner.

The elevators are finicky as the doors will randomly open when you try to close it. Dining hall is a hit or miss but at least it's open 24/7. The common room is nothing special. Most of the time one of the toilet stalls are blocked or closed because of maintenance, the elevators are always giving problems. Some people are real babies about living here because they can hear other ppls doors close and the bathrooms only get cleaned once a day. In north there are 2 different room layouts- neither is bad (depends on if it’s a corner room or not). Communal bathroom is like all the others I’ve had, it can get gross (just use a different stall
