4.0/5 — Room was a single which is nice, have to share bathroom which is annoying if you have dirty roommates. Kitchen is small, meal plan becomes bad after first semester. If your room faces the backyard and is on the lower floor it can be really loud which you can just tell an RA on live chat and they’ll tell them to be quiet but closing window is enough. 4.4/5 — Simcoe village has three sections—North hall, Central Hall, and South hall. Every dorm is very nice and are like hotel rooms. North hall has private rooms with a shared lounge with your roommate, Central Hall has shared double rooms, and South hall has rooms you can share with up to 3 other people. It’s a 3 minute walk from campus, no community washrooms, and you get room service every week as a f
